Employee Monitoring System
This guide covers everything you need to know to use the system — whether you're an admin managing your fleet, or a employee clocking in for a shift.
What does this system do?
The system gives you full visibility over your employees' shifts in real time. Drivers check in and out via their phone — the system verifies they are physically at the correct location using GPS before allowing any action.
Key capabilities:
- ✅ Drivers check in, take breaks, and check out from their phone — works via browser or the native CrewTracker app
- ✅ GPS geofence enforcement — the system rejects check-ins from employees who aren't at the correct location
- ✅ Live Map — see every active employee's GPS position in real time
- ✅ Full shift event history — every action is recorded with a timestamp and GPS coordinates
- ✅ Selfie capture at check-in — live camera only, stored securely and visible to admins
- ✅ Admin panel to manage employees, locations, customers, and view shift activity
- ✅ Shift summaries and CSV export for payroll or compliance
