Flash Driver Check-In System
Welcome to the Flash Driver Check-In Help Centre. This guide covers everything you need to know to use the system — whether you're an admin managing your fleet, or a driver clocking in for a shift.
What does this system do?
The Flash Driver Check-In system gives you full visibility over your drivers' shifts in real time. Drivers check in and out via their phone — the system verifies they are physically at the correct location using GPS before allowing any action.
Key capabilities:
- ✅ Drivers check in, take breaks, and check out from their phone — no app download required
- ✅ GPS geofence enforcement — the system rejects check-ins from drivers who aren't at the correct location
- ✅ Full shift event history — every action is recorded with a timestamp
- ✅ Admin panel to manage drivers, locations, customers, and view shift activity
- ✅ Shift summaries and CSV export for payroll or compliance
